Monthly Billing Statement
Monthly billing statements are sent on the 15th of every month prior to that
month’s service. Your bill is due on the first of every month.
Submit timely monthly payments
To ensure your account does not become delinquent, payments should be made
by the 1st of each month. However, in the event MI-Assistant does not receive
your payment the following will apply:

Contact Agency |
| 45 Days Past Due |
Deactivation of account (no updates, support or service). |
| 60 Days Past Due |
Account will be cancelled. If payment is not received within 10 days account will be sent to collections. |
To check your account activity, choose Maintenance Breakdown or
Account Summary from the menu on the left.
