    If this error occurs, when the download tries to prep the download files or when trying to edit something from a DOS prompt,  the autoexec.nt  is missing from the windows system directory or is corrupt.  Please call your hardware vendor to resolve this issue.

    No, it all needs to be done from the same workstation. It is HIGHLY recommended that the agency only download from one computer.

    IVANS has two servers that companies download to: IE and EC servers. The EC server can be connected to via internet. The IE server can only be connected to via modem.   5. Can the time be changed that the computer dials out to IVANS?
    The icon that sets the computer to dial out to IVANS is programmed to dial out at 6:00 a.m. Mon-Fri. This cannot be changed.

    Contact MI-Assistant by email, fax or phone. MI will contact the company and notify our Accounting Department to make the appropriate changes to your account.

  7. Does everyone have to be out while processing the download?
    It is highly recommended that everyone else exit the system when a user is processing the download. Because the download is an automated process, it could create an error if the download is processing a policy on a client that another user has open.

    Check the dec sheet or contact the company to see if two vehicles on the policy have the same VIN. The download matches vehicles by VIN.     Run a Selective Dtutil the area that the download is processing (i.e. Personal Auto). Restart the download again.
