  1. A new client was just added to the Management System. However, he/she does not appear in the list of clients when attempting to attach a photo or document to the client.
    When attaching images, the locater needs to be manually refreshed. It will refresh automatically the first time a user enters the management system each day. The rest of the day, click the Refresh button in top left corner of locator.

  2. How to attach an image to an email
    Go to the Email button at the top of the client screen. This will open a form that displays applications, forms, or images for this customer. Double click on an item to attach it to the email.
