How to print an auto ID card for a previous policy period Usually policies are renewed in the system 30 to 60 days ahead of time. If an auto ID card is needed for a previous term:
1) Click on the ID card as usual
2) Change the effective and expiration date
3) Select the vehicle
4) Print.
The font size is very small in a field of an Acord form Abbreviate or shorten the information typed in the fields. With the pdf forms, everything that is typed in the field will be put onto the form. The form itself is limited. So if a field is only one inch wide, the data font size will continue to shrink until everything typed fits into this field.
