If the computer has an internal modem, reboot it. If the computer has an external modem, turn it off and back on and try the update again.

How to tell if your firewall is interfering with FTP updates
Go to Start, Run and type in ftp ftp.mi-assistant.com and click on ok. If it says connected, your firewall will not interfere with getting updates. If it says Unknown Host, contact your hardware vendor to see about opening the FTP Port or lowering the security level to allow the updates.
