It's possible that the information being searched for is in a different format, other than last name, first name. This either can happen from the download or someone inputting it incorrectly. One thing to always try is searching with the different options in chapter 2, page 4 from the MI Management System manual. Also make sure the Locator is set to Everything (Status = Everything)
