| Error during update: User in system. |
- This message does not appear until after the file has been downloaded and it is being extracted. Make sure everyone is out of the rater, then continue.
- If the Abort option has been chosen, go to Start/Programs/MI-Assistant/Update/Retry Last Update.
- If it still says there are users in system, right click on Start/Explore. In the Look In box, find the drive the rater is installed on and click on it.
- Look for the MIRating folder and double-click on it.
- Look for the Rstatus.ini file and right click and delete it.
- Close by clicking the x in the right hand corner.
- Go to Start, Programs, MI-Assistant, Update, Retry Last Update.
