  1. Go to Tasks and select View Company Download Information task.
  2. Go into the CompanyInfoSetup.
  3. Go to the Agency Mapping Flags.
  4. Take the check mark off to have it prompt to delete the vehicle. This flag cannot be setup on a per company basis
