| Deleting a company or producer. |
Companies and producers cannot be deleted from the IMSwin. They can be changed to inactive status.- Click on the System button on the banner.
- Click on the appropriate tab - Producer or Company.
- Under status, click on the drop down selection and change it to "Inactive."
When a company or producer status is "inactive", it will no longer appear on the drop down lists in clients or applications.
