  1. Click on start
  2. Programs
  3. MI-Assistant
  4. Update
  5. Left click on Configure MI Remote Modem Software. An MIRemote32 box appears with an MI-Assistant icon.
  6. Right click on the MI-Assistant icon
  7. Click on Host Properties
  8. Go to the FTP tab and put a check in the passive.
