2. Deposit check from company to Quickbooks/Peachtree for $400.

Debit 1000 $400
Credit 2200 $400

3. Refund amount to insured in IMSwin

Debit 1100 $500
Credit 2060 $500

4. Write refund check to insured in Quickbooks/Peachtree

Debit 2060 $500
Credit 1000 $500

NOTE: Anywhere it shows a 2200 account, this should be substituted with the appropriate company payable.
