For Windows 2000/XP Operating System: 1. Right click on My Computer and select Properties 2. Go to the Advanced tab 3. Click the Environment Variables button 4. Delete any RA/RH variables in either System or User Variables. 5. Click on the "New" button 6. In the variable name type RA 7. In the variable value type __:atsaccessa.exe (__ will be the drive where the ATS directory is located) 8. Click on the "Ok" button 9. In the variable name type RH 10. In the variable value type __:atsaccessh.exe 11. Click on the "Ok" button 12. Exit out and reboot the computer for the change to take effect. For Windows 95/98/ME Operating System: 1. Open the MI Comparative Rater 2. Press Alt and F9 3. At the command prompt, type in ASW-INST _: (where _ is the drive letter of the ATS directory). 4. Exit out of DOS and reboot the machine.
