After printing a Single Letter (from Clients), the TranLog does not pop up.

This can occur if the text of the letter is in the header instead of the body of the document. Follow the instructions below to fix this:

  1. Go to Letters button in Client screen.
  2. Highlight the letter and click on Modify.
  3. Keep clicking OK until Microsoft Word opens.
  4. The text in the Header will be grayed out. To edit this, double click on the text.
  5. Highlight the text of the letter.
  6. Right-click on the highlighted text and click on Cut (Ctrl X) .
  7. Left-click in the body (below the Header).
  8. Right-click in the body and click on Paste.
  9. Click on File, click Save.
  10. Close out of Word.
  11. Try printing the Letter again.
