| After printing a Single Letter (from Clients), the TranLog does not pop up. |

This can occur if the text of the letter is in the header instead of the body of the document. Follow the instructions below to fix this: - Go to Letters button in Client screen.
- Highlight the letter and click on Modify.
- Keep clicking OK until Microsoft Word opens.
- The text in the Header will be grayed out. To edit this, double click on the text.
- Highlight the text of the letter.
- Right-click on the highlighted text and click on Cut (Ctrl X) .
- Left-click in the body (below the Header).
- Right-click in the body and click on Paste.
- Click on File, click Save.
- Close out of Word.
- Try printing the Letter again.
