  1. On the affected machine open up Citrix Program Neighborhood.
  2. Click on Tools/ICA Settings
  3. Click on the Hotkeys tab
  4. "Toggle Latency Reduction" may read Ctrl-F4. If it does, change it to Ctrl-F5
