Can't find client or application in locater.

Try switching the locater settings to show "Everything."

  1. Open the locater.
  2. Click on Status Filter button.
  3. Select Everything.

It is not uncommon to find that the locater has been switched to show only active policies and cannot find applications/clients that are not active.

If the client/application still can't be found, try searching by using a wild card (..). When trying to find someone by name, type in ..Jones. This will find anyone with the names Jones (first, last, or middle).
