Possible Solutions:

• Try the update at a different time of day.
• Is there antivirus software? If so, disable it while updating.
• Is there a firewall? If so, go to start/run and type in: ftp ftp.mi-assistant.com and make sure a "connected" line appears at the top of the DOS window. If the server cannot be recognized, the firewall may not be allowing the connection.
• Do you rate in more than one state? If so, you may have 2 ftp passwords.
• Make sure the password is entered correctly -- use all caps!
• Try checking/unchecking Host Properties Passive.
• Go to options, try turning logging off or on.
• Try changing the ftp address to the IP address (#s)
• If using a modem, try different speed settings.
