Download appears to be deleting a vehicle that the company says was sent in the download.
Check the dec sheet or contact the company to see if two vehicles on the policy have the same VIN.

The download matches vehicles by VIN. If the VIN matches, the users doesn't have to update eplaceadd a vehicle, it simply gets overwritten. So if vehicle #1 has a VIN of 123 and vehicle #2 has the same VIN, vehicle #2 will overwrite vehicle #1. Thus vehicle #1 will now be missing.

Contact the company and have the VIN corrected on the vehicle. When it downloads again, it will come in correctly.
