| When trying to do an email in the system, the email form will not send and eventually an error appears: syntax error, command unrecognized |
- Go to Memos,
- New Record.
- File,
- Email Setup.
- This launches the email setup wizard.
- Click next.
- Select the Outlook or Outlook Express,
- click next and click on finish.
- If using an ASP Management System:
- Select None of the Above
- Click on next.
- Type in your own email address
- Click on next
- In Account Name, type None.
- In SMTP Server, type in mail.ajasent.com.
- In SMTP Port, type 25
- Click on next. then click on Finish.
