| Installed accounting software on a new computer or upgraded to a new version of our accounting software. Need to set up the integration with the Management System. |
- Go to System button on the Banner. Go to Local Defaults. Put in the Accounting Path and exe file. For Quickbooks it is usually c:/program files/intuit/quickbooks/qbw32.exe. For Peachtree it is usually c:/peachw/peachw.exe. Browse for this as it might be a slightly different path.
- If this is a new version, make sure they have the correct version selected in System Defaults tab for Accounting package.
- The first time you post to the accounting software, when clicking on Prepare Transactions, Print Transaction Report, Post Transactions, type in the Quickbooks or Peachtree company name.
