| How to log off of ASP when locked up. |

When using an ASP Management System, it is useless to do Ctl+Alt+Del when locked up. Although it will disconnect the user from the server, the session is still open on the server. When the user logs back in, they will be back in the same location with the same problem. Instead, go to the ICA icon down by the clock on the user''s task bar. Double click on it and select Log Off. This disconnects the user from the server and closes the session on the server. If this does not work, contact MI Support at 715-287-4262 or Ajasent at 1-800-738-2724.
