| How to do certificates of insurance |
- The first time a certificate is required, open up the client, and open the policy.
- At the top of the policy, click on the button for Certificate of Liability Insurance. This opens the form.
- Go to each tab and use the Select Policy button to pull information onto cert from policy.
- Go to the Certificate Holder tab and add the certholder name and address.
- Use the + to add additional certholders. The Desc of Ops/Loc/Vehs/Exclusions on the Coverages-Other/Description tab is per certificate holder.
- The print icon allows the user to print the current certificate or go to File, Print All to print all certificates.
The next time a certificate is required, DO NOT create a new certificate. - Go to the client screen and click on Forms tab.
- Put dot next to Certificate.
- Highlight the certificate and click Open.
- Update the form date and the rest of the certificate.
- Go to Certificate Holder tab and click + to add new certholder or use navigator buttons to find an existing certholder.
