How to do certificates of insurance
  1. The first time a certificate is required, open up the client, and open the policy.
  2. At the top of the policy, click on the button for Certificate of Liability Insurance. This opens the form.
  3. Go to each tab and use the Select Policy button to pull information onto cert from policy.
  4. Go to the Certificate Holder tab and add the certholder name and address.
  5. Use the + to add additional certholders. The Desc of Ops/Loc/Vehs/Exclusions on the Coverages-Other/Description tab is per certificate holder.
  6. The print icon allows the user to print the current certificate or go to File, Print All to print all certificates.

The next time a certificate is required, DO NOT create a new certificate.

  1. Go to the client screen and click on Forms tab.
  2. Put dot next to Certificate.
  3. Highlight the certificate and click Open.
  4. Update the form date and the rest of the certificate.
  5. Go to Certificate Holder tab and click + to add new certholder or use navigator buttons to find an existing certholder.
