The short answer is no. The long answer is that the Management System can be copied to a laptop. But it would involve copying the entire thing off of the server onto the laptop. Interbase server would need to be installed on the laptop and certain settings (BDE and mimgmtIB.ini) need to be changed each time the laptop is running on the C: Management System and each time it is switched back to the server Management System. There is no way to do any data synchronization between the two systems. If an agency wishes to pursue this route, there may be additional charges for running a second Management System.
