How to change CSR field on several clients at once.

  1. Click Clients button on banner.
  2. Search for the records with the CSR code that will be changed .
  3. Click on Utilities button at the bottom of the locater.
  4. In Field to Change, select clients.csr .
  5. In Change Value to field, type in the 3 letter code of the new CSR.
  6. Click OK.
