Check Accounts to see that the agency''s account is set up for the bridge. Check the awclient file to make sure the integration string has an x in the proper location.

If not, set it up, printCL, and send the files.

If they are already set up, check the wexim.dat and eximmap.tbl files to see that the bridge is set up properly in them.
