Qrpt40.bpl file is linked to a missing export when trying to log in to MI Management System.
  1. Go to Explorer.
  2. Go to c:program filesmiimswin 2000.
  3. Right click and select Find Files or Folders.
  4. In Named, type *.bpl.
  5. If anything appears, delete these files.
  6. Try going into Management System again.
  7. If still getting the error message. In explorer, go to ?:imswinserverdataimsexes.
  8. Search for the *.bpl and then copy these to c:windowssystem.
  9. Try going into Management System again.
