Delete net and lock files by:

1. Go to Start then Run.
2. Type in *.lck p*.net .
3. Select the drive the IMSwin is on and wait for it to find the messages with pdoxusers/pdoxnet relating to the IMSwin/serverdata/...
4. Delete them.
