Get the following message trying to log into the MI Management System: Run time Error 217
Go to My Computer icon on desktop and double click. Look to see if the network drive is still there. Example: c on server (f:). If the network drive is visible, follow these steps to correct the issue:
  1. From that workstation click Start, Run and browse to your server drive that the MI Management System is installed on.
  2. Double Click IMSwin, Serverdata, WorkStationSetup, WorkStationSetup.exe and click OK.
  3. Click OK at the Run Box.
  4. When the WorkStationSetup box appears click Continue.
  5. When the WorkstationSetup box disappears, it is finished.
  6. Try logging in again.

If the network drive is not visible, the workstation is no longer connected to the server. Try rebooting the workstation or contact a hardware vendor to help map the network drive.
