| Get the following message trying to log into the MI Management System: Run time Error 217 |
Go to My Computer icon on desktop and double click. Look to see if the network drive is still there. Example: c on server (f:). If the network drive is visible, follow these steps to correct the issue: - From that workstation click Start, Run and browse to your server drive that the MI Management System is installed on.
- Double Click IMSwin, Serverdata, WorkStationSetup, WorkStationSetup.exe and click OK.
- Click OK at the Run Box.
- When the WorkStationSetup box appears click Continue.
- When the WorkstationSetup box disappears, it is finished.
- Try logging in again.
If the network drive is not visible, the workstation is no longer connected to the server. Try rebooting the workstation or contact a hardware vendor to help map the network drive.
