- Go to Marketing icon on Banner.
- Highlight the marketing item and click on Modify button.
- Click on the Modify Setup button.
- Under Fields Selected, highlight the field that the campaign will be sorted by (i.e. Fullname or Zipcode) and use the red arrow on the right to move the field to the top of the list. The first field on the list controls the sorting.
- Click on OK.
- Click on Close.
- "Do you want to save retrieve request?" Click Yes.
