| How to set up a template for a miscellaneous application. |
- Go into a Miscellaneous application.
- Click on Options.
- Click on Modify Prompt Templates. This will bring up the Template Editor.
- Highlight the type of app that a template is going to be designed for.
- Click on the Sort Code field on the right of the screen. Put in a line number (example: 0010). Sort codes tell the program which order to put these in and cannot be duplicated. Use increments of 10.
- In the prompt field, type in the questions/field names that should appear on the template.
- Arrow down, tab, or enter to create a new blank line and enter the sort code and prompt.
- Click on Close. The template will be used for all NEW applications of that type but will not change existing applications.
To set up/alter the template for an existing application: - Go into the Miscellaneous Application.
- Click on Options.
- Click on Edit this Apps Prompts.
- Enter a Sort Code (example: 010).
- In the prompt field, type in the questions/field name.
- In the response field, type in the response to the prompt field.
